Thank you for shopping with Emblems & Threads, LLC. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and carefully packaged with love.  All orders are made and packaged to order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Shipping Policy - The Basics 

Please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may extend slightly. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
Typical delivery times after your order ships:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Emblems & Threads is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at support@emblemsandthreads.com so we can assist where possible.
